Stephen Belcher, CEO and President of Management Board

Mr. Belcher is a founder, principal, and Vice President of Triad Isotopes, which was formed in 2007 and has grown to 60 pharmacies and $270 million in sales. Mr. Belcher has contributed to the success of Triad as its architect and in numerous roles ranging from Vice President of Sales and Marketing to Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In this last role, Mr. Belcher helped secure over $300 million in growth opportunities over the last 2 years alone. Previously, Mr. Belcher served as an officer and principle architect of multiple successful new ventures. One of his companies was credited with establishing the first unit dose radiopharmaceutical sales in Puerto Rico. While growing the company, he managed a merger with a strategic partner and then worked with the partners to execute an exit strategy with Bristol Meyers Squibb. Mr. Belcher served as Chairman of the Board for the Association for Independent Nuclear Pharmacies and has extensive recognition throughout the nuclear medicine community. He serves on the boards of, or as an advisor to, multiple companies in the medical sector as well as having the privilege of serving on the board for Make a Wish Alabama.

John M. Climaco, Executive Vice President and Vice President of Management Board

Mr. Climaco, a consultant to a variety of healthcare companies, was elected by the Company’s Board of Directors on October 4, 2013 to fill a newly created directorship. From 2003 to2012, Mr. Climaco served as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of the Board of Directors of Axial Biotech, Inc., a venture-backed molecular diagnostics company specializing in spine disorders, which he cofounded in 2003. From 2001 to 2007, he practiced law for the firm of Fabian and Clendenin, specializing in corporate and tax legal strategies for diverse clients across the U.S. and Europe, as well as joint venture, corporate and securities transactions. Since 2012, Mr. Climaco has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Digirad Corporation, a NASDAQ-listed company that manufactures cameras for nuclear imaging applications and provides for in-office nuclear cardiology imaging. Mr. Climaco is also a board member for PDI, Inc. (since October 2013), a provider of outsourced commercial services to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare companies. Mr. Climaco has also served as a board member for InfuSystem Holdings, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed company that is a leading supplier of infusion services to oncologists and other out-patient treatment settings. Mr. Climaco earned his B.A. in Philosophy from Middlebury College and holds a J.D. from the University of California Hasting College of the Law.

Ben Naccarato ‐ Management Board member

Mr. Naccarato has held the position of Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") in Perma-Fix Medical S.A. since July 2015. Mr. Naccarato has also served as the CFO for Perma-Fix Environmental Services, Inc. ("Perma-Fix") since February 26, 2009. Mr. Naccarato brings 28 years of senior financial experience, primarily in the waste management and used oil industries. Prior to joining Perma-Fix in September 2004, Mr. Naccarato was the CFO of Culp Petroleum Company, Inc., a privately held company in the fuel distribution and used waste oil industry. Mr. Naccarato is a graduate of the University of Toronto having received a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance Degree and is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified Management Accountant (CPA, CMA).
