Supervisory Board

Dr. Louis Francis Centofanti, Chairman of Supervisory Board

Founded Perma-Fix Environmental Services in 1991. Previously founded PPM, Inc., a hazardous waste management company. PPM's revenues grew to $15 million at which time it was sold to USPCI. Under Dr. Centofanti's leadership (Senior Vice President), USPCI was sold for $600 million (2 years after purchase of PPM). Served as senior official to the U.S. Department of Energy under the Carter Administration.

Robert Louis Ferguson

Has over 45 years of management and technical experience in the government and private sectors. He previously served as Director of the Department of Energy Isotope Program, and as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Programs within the U.S. Department of Energy, and former CEO of the Washington Public Power Supply System (now Energy Northwest). His government experience includes various roles for the Atomic Energy Commission, the Energy Research and Development Administration, and the U.S. Department of Energy.

Ewa Szlachetka

Is a partner at Wierzbowski Eversheds where she heads the M&A team. Recognized as one of the leading lawyers specializing in financial and corporate law in the International Financial Law Review ranking. She was an attorney with many years of professional experience gained in renowned law firms with the focus on M&A, private equity/venture capital transactions and restructuring of capital groups.

Robert Schreiber

President of Schreiber, Yonley & Associates. He is an internationally recognized environmental engineer with over 25 years of experience. Prior to founding SYA, Mr. Schreiber was Vice President of Lafser and Schreiber Inc. Between 1974 and 1985 he held a variety of positions with the State of Missouri Department of Natural Resources including Director for Environmental Qualities and Director of Air Pollution Control.

David Waldman

Matthew Molchan

Mr. Molchan is the President, CEO and a member of the Board of Directors of Digirad Corporation, one of the largest national providers of in-office nuclear cardiology and ultrasound imaging services. Mr. Molchan has held a variety of roles at Digirad including Chief Operating Officer of Digirad Ultrascan Solutions from May 2007 to January 2012, President of Digirad Imaging Solutions until January 2013, President of Digirad beginning January 2013, and most recently Chief Executive Officer of Digirad and a member of Digirad's Board of Directors since July 2013. Prior to joining Digirad, he held various executive level positions in business development, finance and operations at Ultrascan, Inc., Somera, Inc. and Equifax, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Southern California.
